The Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ADEPME) and the German Cooperation Agency (GIZ) organized the launch of the “Access to Financing for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” project and the “SME Financing Academy” on Thursday, May 9th, at Novotel Dakar.
